1、负责关节电机模组、传动系统及关节模组机械连接接口设计与优化； 2、协同硬件工程师完成电机驱动器集成； 3、协同电磁、齿轮工程师完成关节模组的高效集成，确保机电系统的高效匹配； 4、对关节模组整体进行力学评估及刚度分析； 5、评估关节模组的力学边界。确保在需求工况内应对外部冲击等干扰下，模组仍能稳定、可靠运行； 6、主导关节模组原型机的组装、维护，快速迭代改进设计方案。同时沉淀出能够支持量产的指导文档； 7、支持生产制造环节，完成结构设计的可量产性优化，并协助解决工艺及质量问题； 8、关节模组散热设计。

1、本科及以上学历，机械设计、机械工程、力学等相关专业，3年以上结构研发经验，有机器人、机器人关节模组开发经验优先； 2、精通传动系统及复杂结构设计，如机电强耦合系统； 3、扎实的机械、刚体力学分析基础； 4、掌握有限元分析，能熟练使用常用的仿真软件； 5、了解常见材料的性能特性及成本控制方法； 6、了解复杂机电系统常用散发方法。
