1. 负责具身智能数据交付项目的全流程项目管理，包括项目计划、里程碑、风险、问题闭环和项目复盘。 2. 承接算法、测试、业务等数据需求，组织需求评审，明确场景、数据规模、标签要求、交付周期和验收标准。 3. 拉通算法、数据中心、采集、标注、质检、平台、硬件及外部供应商，推动数据从需求提出到采集、处理、标注、质检、交付的闭环落地。 4. 建立数据交付过程中的项目机制，包括需求池、任务看板、周报机制、风险升级机制和关键节点评审机制。 5. 跟踪数据交付效率和质量，推动数据有效率、交付准时率、标注一次通过率、返修率等指标持续改善。 6. 跟进数据交付后的算法使用情况，推动数据入训、benchmark 测试反馈、模型收益复盘和问题关闭。 7. 参与数据工厂、数据采集运营机制和数据运营管理系统建设，推动流程标准化、线上化和自动化。

1. 本科及以上学历，计算机、人工智能、自动化、机器人、数据科学等相关专业优先。 2. 3 年以上项目管理、数据交付、数据平台、AI 数据闭环、自动驾驶或机器人相关经验。 3. 熟悉数据采集、清洗、标注、质检、交付、训练和评测的基本流程。 4. 具备较强的项目推进能力，能够管理计划、风险、资源冲突和跨团队协作。 5. 具备数据质量和效率意识，能够围绕数据有效率、交付周期、返修率等指标发现并推动问题解决。 6. 具备良好的结构化表达、沟通协调和责任意识，能在多项目并行环境下稳定推进工作。 7. 熟悉飞书、项目管理系统、BI 看板、AI 工具、Cursor / Claude Code 等效率工具者优先。

加分项 1. 有具身智能、自动驾驶、多模态数据、机器人数据采集或数据工厂建设经验。 2. 有数据闭环、模型闭环、数据运营系统、标注平台或数据生产平台建设经验。 3. 有供应商管理、外包交付、采集基地建设或标注质检团队协作经验。 4. 有 AI Agent / 自动化工作流实践经验。
