The posting

岗位职责 1、负责公司月度、季度、年度财务分析工作，结合财务报表、业务数据，拆解营收、成本、利润、现金流等核心指标，识别经营痛点与改进空间，输出财务分析报告。 2、搭建并优化财务分析体系，完善分析模型，规范分析流程，确保分析数据准确、逻辑清晰、结论具有指导性。 3、参与制定年度预算，跟踪公司预算执行情况，对比预算与实际数据差异，分析差异原因，提出预算调整建议及成本管控、增收增效方案，助力预算目标达成。 4、对接业务部门，深入了解业务逻辑，围绕业务环节开展专项分析，为业务决策提供数据支持。 5、负责财务数据的整理、核对与分析，挖掘数据背后的经营逻辑，预警财务风险、经营风险，形成风险提示报告并提出应对建议。 6、协助完成公司年度经营计划编制，提供财务层面的数据支撑与分析意见，参与经营决策会议，解读财务数据、传递分析结论。 7、整理归档财务分析报告、数据报表等资料，配合财务审计、内控检查，提供相关分析资料。 8、完成上级交办的其他财务分析及相关工作。

任职要求 1、211/985本科及以上学历，会计、财务管理等相关专业，持有CPA（注册会计师）优先。 2、3年以上财务分析相关工作经验，熟悉企业财务核算流程，有制造业、贸易业、互联网企业财务分析经验者优先。 3、熟练掌握企业会计准则、财务分析方法，具备较强的财务数据敏感度和数据分析能力。 4、熟练使用财务软件及办公软件，能熟练运用数据分析工具者优先。 5、能结合行业特点开展针对性财务分析，具备一定的预算管理、成本管控经验。 6、具备良好的财务逻辑思维，能快速定位数据异常，精准分析原因并提出可行的改进建议。
