1、主导力反馈系统整体技术链路，包括主端力反馈臂控制、主从交互、力/位置信号处理、反馈算法、安全约束及系统联调。 2、负责力反馈控制算法开发与优化，包括阻抗控制、导纳控制、力反射、虚拟墙、接触检测、力限幅及稳定性控制等。 3、针对力反馈过程中的振荡、反弹、接触不稳定和高频抖动等问题，设计并实现稳定化方法。 4、负责力反馈机械臂的运动控制相关问题，包括奇异点规避、关节限位、速度/加速度约束、轨迹平滑及安全控制。 5、搭建力反馈性能测试体系，评估透明度、稳定性、跟随误差、力反馈精度、延迟敏感性及接触交互体验。

1、机器人、机械、控制、机械电子、自动化或相关专业本科及以上学历，5年以上机器人控制、力反馈、遥操作或相关研发经验。 2、有主导完成力反馈控制系统或遥操作控制系统开发、部署和调试的实际经验。 4、熟悉机器人运动学、动力学、雅可比矩阵、奇异点分析与冗余度控制。熟悉阻抗/导纳控制、双边遥操作、力反射、接触控制、虚拟环境或虚拟墙等相关方法。 5、理解力反馈系统中的稳定性问题，能够处理接触反弹、振荡、抖动、延迟导致的不稳定等工程问题。 6、熟练使用 C++ 或 Python，具备 Linux、ROS/ROS2、实时控制或机器人中间件开发经验。 7、具备较强的系统分析、实验设计和现场调试能力。 8、熟悉各类商业化力反馈机械臂/主操作臂的整体架构。

加分项 1、熟悉力反馈机械臂的整机设计、嵌软架构，以及电机、减速器、编码器、力/力矩传感器及驱动器选型与控制接口。 2、有医疗机器人、工业遥操作、人形机器人、VR 交互或高精度机械臂的力反馈控制经验。
