The posting

1、负责机器人关节、灵巧手及微型执行器电机的电磁方案设计与优化，覆盖无框力矩、空心杯/无槽、内外转子永磁电机等； 2、完成二维/三维电磁有限元仿真，分析反电动势、齿槽转矩、转矩脉动、损耗、效率 Map、弱磁能力及退磁风险； 3、设计极槽配合、绕组、磁路、磁钢形状与材料方案，面向紧凑空间优化转矩密度、功率密度、效率、低速平顺性及成本； 4、建立电机参数模型并提取磁链、电感、电阻、反电动势常数、转矩常数等关键参数，为 FOC、MTPA、弱磁及控制参数设计提供输入； 5、协同结构、热、控制及驱动硬件团队开展电磁-热-机械-控制联合优化，分析温升、饱和、谐波和加工偏差对性能的影响； 6、主导电机样机电磁性能测试与仿真对标，完成模型修正、问题闭环及设计规范沉淀。

1、硕士及以上学历，电气工程、电机与电器、电力电子等相关专业，5年以上永磁电机电磁设计经验； 2、精通 Ansys Maxwell、JMAG、Motor-CAD 等至少一种电磁仿真软件，熟悉参数化优化与批量仿真； 3、深入理解低速大扭矩、高功率密度电机的电磁设计，掌握齿槽转矩、谐波、转矩脉动、饱和及弱磁性能优化方法； 4、熟悉永磁材料、硅钢、绕组、绝缘及温度对电磁性能的影响，了解制造公差与装配偏差的敏感性分析； 5、能够结合控制策略进行电机设计，理解 FOC、MTPA、弱磁、死区和电流谐波等对电机性能的影响； 6、有灵巧手、人形机器人关节、精密执行器或高功率密度伺服电机完整开发经验者优先。
