1、负责机器人动力学建模、参数辨识及重力、摩擦、负载等补偿算法开发。 2、负责阻抗控制、导纳控制、力位混合控制、碰撞检测等力控与柔顺控制算法的开发和优化。 3、负责六维力传感器、关节力矩传感器及外力观测器的应用，实现接触力感知与外力估计。 4、解决机器人与环境交互中的柔顺性、稳定性与安全性问题。 5、完成力控算法的仿真验证、真机部署、系统调试及性能优化。 6、负责调研和探索前沿的力控算法，例如智能力控，触觉反馈与视觉/力觉的跨模态融合力控等等。

1、本科及以上学历，机器人、自动化、控制工程、机械电子等相关专业。 2、具备扎实的控制理论、数学基础，熟练掌握多刚体动力学建模、单关节及整机系统辨识。 3、具备2年以上力控算法开发经验，熟悉阻抗控制、导纳控制、力位混合控制、外力观测或碰撞检测。 4、熟悉六维力传感器、关节力矩传感器等力觉器件及其信号处理方法。 5、具备较强的编程能力及算法实现能力，熟练使用C++，熟悉Linux开发环境，熟悉常见仿真器如Mujoco/Gazebo/Isaac中的一种或多种，具备机器人算法真机部署与调试经验。 6、具有良好的文献调研和英文阅读能力，熟悉机器人中的数值优化方法，可利用优化理论处理机器人控制问题。
