- 机电一体化、机器人、自动化、车辆工程、机械电子等相关专业背景。 - 熟悉机器人系统集成，理解机械、电控、传感、嵌入式、通信、安全保护等整机级问题。 - 具备复杂机电系统架构设计经验，能够进行指标分解、接口定义和技术取舍。 - 有较强跨团队沟通能力，能把分散的技术模块收敛成可落地的系统方案。 加分项 - 做过人形机器人、四足机器人、AGV、自动驾驶硬件平台、机械臂、复杂运动平台或智能硬件整机架构。 - 经历过从0到1工程样机、EVT/DVT/PVT或小批量导入。 - 熟悉功能安全、整机EMC、可靠性测试、热管理或高功率密度执行器。
