The posting

1. 整机与核心部件深度维修：负责人形机器人整机及核心部件（线束、传感器、PCBA、软件系统、通信模组等），数据管线，数采平台的故障维修、软件故障排查（控制系统，底层软件等），负责深度问题定位，建立标准化维修流程。 2. 维修闭环与 SOP 建设：梳理"故障接收 → 问题诊断 → 备件更换 → 功能测试 → 整机校验 → 问题复盘"全流程，输出维修 SOP、故障排查手册，优化维修步骤，缩短 MTTR，提升一次性修复率。 3. 翻新与利旧业务主导：主导机器人翻新、利旧业务的规划与落地，制定翻新标准、利旧件筛选规范、拆机复用流程、旧件检测方案，最大化利用可复用零部件，降低售后与生产成本。 4. 维修可靠性与质量管控：对维修、翻新过程进行质量管控，保证利旧件可靠性、保证翻新后整机性能、外观、功能完整性；同步记录故障数据，统计 MTBF、可用性、FR 等可指标并针对性优化。 5. 高频故障改善推动：针对线束接触不良、通信故障、硬件老化等高频故障，输出改善建议，联动运维团队、售后 NPI 团队、研发团队推动设计收敛。 6. 团队带教与赋能：带教初中级运维工程师及三方人力，拆解复杂故障 case，沉淀故障知识库与故障树，提升团队自闭环率；对新人成长与考核结果负责。 7. 跨部门闭环协同：与项目管理、研发、售后 NPI、生产工厂联动，跟进 bug 类问题的分析、验证、结案导入，对改善结果与导入进度负责。

- 学历专业：本科及以上，机械、机电一体化、自动化、电子、电气、通信、计算机等相关工科专业。 - 工作经验：5年以上维修业务经验，具备机器人或自动化设备整机维修经验，有团队带教或项目管理经验者优先。 专业技能 1. 精通消费级或工业级产品结构与电气原理，能独立完成整机维修与深度根因分析； 2. 熟悉 Linux / ROS / 嵌入式系统，能基于常见机器人软件架构进行故障分析优先； 3. 有数据采集工厂运维工作经验优先； 4. 能搭建维修数据指标体系（FR / MTTA / MTTR / MTBF / 自闭环率），能基于一线数据反哺设计与质量改进； 5. 具备 SOP、故障树、培训教材的体系化输出能力。 其他要求 - 较强的跨部门沟通、项目推进与抗压能力； - 具备带教意愿与团队管理意识，能主动推动团队自闭环率提升； - 接受多场地出差与应急故障响应。
