1. 模型与算法评测核心工作：针对指定任务，对不同研发人员书写的算法方案进行系统性测试与效果评价，客观对比各算法的优劣的差异，明确评价标准，给出精准、公正的评测结论及最优方案推荐，支撑算法迭代与选型决策。 2. 评测数据联动数采环节：对接数据采集工作，明确评测所需机器人动作数据的标准与要求，协助数采相关工作的合规性、数据质量校验，确保用于算法评测的数据（采集、标注、入库环节）符合评测规范，保障评测结果的准确性与可追溯性。 3. 数采相关评测辅助：结合数据采集对采集过程的规范性、数据标注的准确性、数据入库的完整性进行辅助评测，反馈数采环节中可能影响算法评测的问题，配合优化数采流程与评测标准。 4. 评测文档与数据管理：规范记录评测过程、算法对比结果及数采数据适配情况，输出标准化评测报告；配合研发工程师及数采相关人员，做好评测数据与数采数据的对接、记录，确保评测工作可追溯、数据可复用。 5. 问题反馈与优化配合：及时反馈算法评测中发现的问题、数采数据与评测需求的适配问题，配合研发团队优化算法、完善数采流程及标注规范，提升算法质量与数采工作适配性。 6. 协助配合其他数据采集相关工作。

1、中专/高中及以上学历，具备计算机操作基础。 2、执行力与沟通能力： 能清晰理解任务要求，高效执行，并能与团队成员进行有效沟通。 3、较好的工作责任心与认真思考： 工作细致严谨踏实，对数据质量和设备状态有高度敏感性，能长时间专注于重复性任务并保持高精度，认真思考评测或相关工作的问题，提出建设性建议。 4、有AI、机器人行业的数据采集/标注经验者优先考虑。
