岗位定位 负责机器人底层实时控制系统，包括关节控制器、实时通信、驱动控制、状态采集和安全保护。 核心职责 - 开发关节控制器、通信协议、状态采集、参数配置、日志记录和故障保护模块。 - 实现驱动控制、传感器采集、实时通信和上位机/控制器数据交互。 - 完成急停、限位、过流、过温、通信异常、编码器异常等安全保护逻辑。 - 配合电子硬件工程师完成板级调试、接口验证、稳定性测试和故障定位。 - 参与整机上电、单关节控制、多关节联动和悬吊/支架状态下调试。

任职要求 - 熟练掌握C/C++，熟悉RTOS、实时系统、嵌入式调试和底层驱动开发。 - 熟悉EtherCAT、CAN、CAN-FD、UART、SPI、I2C等通信接口中的一种或多种。 - 理解电机控制、FOC、编码器采集、电流采样、故障保护和实时性要求。 - 具备示波器、逻辑分析仪、调试器等硬件调试工具使用经验。 加分项 - 做过机器人控制器、关节控制器或工业运动控制。 - 熟悉STM32、TI C2000、Infineon、NXP、ARM Linux或实时以太网。 - 有高可靠嵌入式系统、EMC问题定位或量产固件经验。
