岗位定位 负责足底触觉、六维力、关节力矩、柔性压力阵列、接触检测和滑移检测等接触感知系统，使机器人获得可用于控制闭环和家庭交互的稳定接触信息。 核心职责 - 负责足底触觉、六维力、关节力矩、柔性压力阵列等接触传感方案设计和选型。 - 建立接触检测、滑移检测、力信号处理、滤波、标定、补偿和可靠性测试体系。 - 与机械团队协作完成传感器结构集成、安装方式、走线、防护和可维护性设计。 - 与状态估计、运动控制、嵌入式和测试团队协作，将接触信息转化为可用的控制输入。 - 输出传感器方案、标定报告、数据质量评估和接触感知问题清单。

任职要求 - 熟悉力传感器、压力传感器、柔性传感器、应变片、压阻/压电/电容式传感原理。 - 具备信号采集、滤波、标定、误差补偿和可靠性测试经验。 - 理解机器人接触状态、足底受力、滑移检测、冲击识别和力控反馈的工程需求。 - 具备Python/MATLAB/C++等数据处理和算法验证能力。 加分项 - 做过机器人足底传感、灵巧手触觉、六维力传感器、力矩传感器、电子皮肤、假肢或外骨骼传感。 - 熟悉柔性电子、MEMS、结构应变测量、传感器标定工装和长期稳定性测试。 - 有将触觉/力觉信号用于运动控制或抓取控制的项目经验。
