1. 学历背景：电子、通信、计算机科学相关专业。本科及以上学历。 2. 5年以上产测软件/工具开发经验，包括但不限于桌面上位机软件、web等，主导过完整的量产项目产测软件/工具开发和落地者优先。 3. 具备良好的编程基础，熟练掌握至少一种编程语言，如 Python, Java, C++, shell, labview等。 4. 熟练使用Linux操作系统及其命令，理解Linux的工作原理，有docker相关开关部署经验优先。 5. 掌握常用测试仪器的自动化控制方案，具有相关经验者优先。 6. 具有机器人ROS、电机控制等相关经验者优先。
