1. 负责公司内部信息化平台WebUI及配套服务端的架构设计、核心功能开发和长期维护； 2. 自研企业内部应用的前后端开发以及跨系统集成：数据与信息聚合、统一待办门户、轻量内部业务系统； 3. 建设自研应用的共用能力：参与组件库、服务端基础框架、自动化测试、CI/CD、日志监控和可观测性体系建设； 4. 有MySQL或PostgreSQL，理解索引、事务、锁及数据模型设计，Redis缓存、分布式锁和会话管理经验者优先； 5. 直接参与业务需求沟通与方案设计，独立负责中小型需求的端到端交付，包括上线推广与线上问题处理。

1. 本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、自动化或相关专业，具有3年以上前后端或全栈开发经验； 2. 精通JavaScript、TypeScript和React，深入理解Hooks、状态管理、异步编程、浏览器机制和前端性能优化； 3. 熟练使用Java、Golang或者Python，具备生产环境服务开发经验优； 4. 熟悉Linux和Docker，能够完成服务部署、配置管理、日志查询和常见线上问题排查； 5. 具备良好的系统设计、代码组织、技术文档和跨团队沟通能力。
