The posting

1、负责移动机器人导航算法开发，包含但不局限于全局路径规划、局部规划算法优化； 2、负责高性能和高精度的规划调度模块开发和优化，负责与移动机器人其他各模块的系统集成和调试工作； 3、负责优化动态路径规划算法（如改进A、RRT、DWA等），解决低矮障碍物、狭窄通道等高难度场景的避障问题，解决机器人贴边清扫问题； 4、负责探索前沿规划方向，包含基于拓扑图的全局路径规划，基于动态障碍的规划等； 5、负责基于栅格地图、高程地图、OCC、BEV等地图的局部规划算法开发； 6、负责导航算法相关文档撰写等。

1、熟悉Linux系统，以及ROS1、ROS2、C++、Python等； 2、熟练掌握C、C++及python等语言编程开发，有较强的逻辑分析能力及良好的编程习惯； 3、熟悉ROS1或ROS2系统搭建，熟悉机器人规划控制相关算法，包括全局规划、局部规划、轨迹优化、障碍处理等； 4、熟悉DWA、TEB、MPC、PID等常用的运动控制算法至少1~2个以上； 5、有移动机器人、无人车、无人机等开发经验者或相关竞赛获奖者优先考虑； 6、富有创新精神，充满激情，乐于接受挑战，良好的沟通技巧和团队合作精神； 7、具有阅读文献的能力，具有良好的沟通和团队合作习惯，求知欲强。
