1、需求管理与方案设计：承接客户商业机器人相关定制化需求，开展需求调研、分析与澄清，输出相关产品文档；结合产品技术架构与行业场景特性，制定可落地的交付解决方案，包括产品配置、功能适配、部署规划等，并完成方案评审与客户确认。 2、交付全流程统筹：编制项目交付计划，明确各阶段时间节点、资源配置与责任分工；统筹协调研发、工程、测试、生产等跨部门团队，推进产品开发、测试、生产、安装调试等交付环节，确保项目按计划高质量完成；负责交付过程中的进度跟踪、风险识别与问题解决，及时处理现场突发状况。 3、客户关系与验收管理：作为客户交付接口人，建立常态化沟通机制，及时同步交付进展，响应客户疑问与需求变更；主导项目预验收与终验收工作，整理验收资料，协调解决验收过程中出现的问题，确保顺利通过验收，提升客户满意度与净推荐值（NPS）。 4、交付文档与知识沉淀：撰写并完善交付相关文档，包括交付方案、操作手册、维护手册、验收报告等；总结项目交付经验，提炼共性需求与改进点，形成交付知识库，反哺产品团队优化标品功能与交付流程，提升整体交付效率。 5、跨团队协同与支持：配合销售团队开展售前支持工作，参与客户技术交流、方案讲解与投标技术标撰写；协同产研团队推进产品迭代，反馈交付过程中发现的产品问题与优化建议，保障迭代功能的交付适配性。

1、学历与专业：本科及以上学历，机械工程、电气工程、计算机科学、自动化、工业工程等相关专业优先。 2、工作经验：3年以上产品交付或项目管理相关经验，其中至少1年以上商业机器人、智能装备或工业自动化领域交付经验；具备完整的商业机器人项目全流程交付管理经验者优先。 3、专业能力： -熟悉商业机器人核心技术原理（如运动控制、导航算法、传感器技术、机器人操作系统ROS等），了解行业主流产品特性与应用场景； -具备扎实的需求分析与方案设计能力，能独立完成复杂需求拆解与交付方案编制； -熟练掌握项目管理工具（如Jira、Project）与原型设计工具（如Axure、Visio），具备良好的文档撰写能力； -了解项目管理相关方法论，持有PMP、PRINCE2等项目管理证书者优先。 4、 软技能： -具备跨部门沟通协调能力与团队协作精神，能有效推动多方资源协同落地； -具备敏锐的风险识别能力与高效的问题解决能力，抗压性强，能适应出差（根据项目需求）； -具备强烈的客户意识与责任心，细节把控严谨，追求卓越的交付体验； -学习能力强，能快速适应商业机器人行业技术与场景的快速迭代。
