一、测试体系与策略设计 1、全生命周期测试策略制定：针对人形机器人整机及核心部件（关节模组、传感器、电池管理系统、计算单元等），制定覆盖研发验证、小批量试产、量产交付的全流程可靠性测试策略。 2、场景化测试用例设计：基于人形机器人的典型应用场景（家庭服务、工业制造、仓储物流、公共空间等），设计涵盖机械耐久、环境适应、功能安全、电气可靠等维度的综合性测试用例与测试大纲。 3、测试标准建设：对标ISO 13482（服务机器人安全）、ISO 10218（工业机器人安全）、IEC 61508（功能安全）等国际标准，制定企业级可靠性验证规范与验收准则。 二、测试执行与失效分析 1、全维度可靠性验证：主导执行整机及部件的环境可靠性测试（高低温、湿热、盐雾、防尘）、机械耐久性测试（振动、冲击、跌落）、寿命测试（加速老化、MTBF验证）等。 2、失效分析与闭环管理：对测试中发现的失效进行精准定位与根因分析（结构疲劳、电气失效、润滑失效、算法漂移等），运用FTA、FMEA等工具建立并维护故障模式库，协同硬件、软件、结构团队推动设计改进，验证修复措施有效性。 三、测试能力与平台建设 1、测试环境搭建：规划并搭建整机可靠性测试平台与环境（如振动台、环境试验箱、关节耐久测试工装、数据采集系统等），引入自动化测试工具提升测试效率与数据精度。 2、测试前置介入：参与设计评审、DFMEA、可测试性设计评审，提前识别可靠性风险，输出设计约束与选型建议，推动“测试前置、问题早爆”的研发模式。

1、本科及以上学历，可靠性工程、机械工程、自动化、机电一体化、测控技术与仪器、材料工程等相关专业。 2、3年以上消费电子或机电产品（人形机器人、工业机器人、汽车、无人机、高端智能硬件）整机可靠性测试经验。 3、精通可靠性测试方法论，熟悉HALT/HASS、加速寿命试验、MTBF验证、机械环境/气候环境/化学环境测试等专业技术。 4、失效分析能力：熟练掌握FMEA、FTA、8D等失效分析工具，具备从测试现象定位至根因（结构、电气、软件、算法）的系统分析能力。 5、测试仪器与工具：熟练操作振动台、环境试验箱、数据采集系统、示波器、逻辑分析仪、扭矩传感器等测试设备；掌握minitab，JMP，GRR、CPK等数据分析工工具。 6、标准认知：了解IEC60068、ISO 13482、ISO 10218、IEC 61508、GB/T 36530等人形机器人相关安全与可靠性标准。 7、沟通协作：具备出色的跨部门沟通能力，能与硬件、软件、算法、结构团队高效协作，清晰阐述技术问题并推动解决方案落地。
