1. 负责公司机器人产品的项目立项、产品规划、竞品分析、需求分析、方案设计，跟进产品全生命周期交付和需求管理。 2. 主导市场分析、竞品调研、用户调研、需求洞察，基于目标用户场景，深挖用户痛点和需求，找到高价值、差异化的创新点，解决未被满足的用户痛点，追求极致的产品体验。 3. 负责将产品需求转化为明确的产品定义和技术规格，参与硬件选型和决策，与研发团队密切协作，合理权衡解决研发过程中的各类技术方案可行性问题，确保产品可交付落地。 4. 与项目经理紧密协作，关注和推进解决产品研发过程中的交付卡点，合理的权衡利弊，确保项目按计划完成关键目标的高质量交付。 5. 配合市场、销售、运营等团队做好产品上市的准备工作。 6. 高敏感度跟踪技术的发展趋势，关注具身智能、智能硬件、自动驾驶相关技术领域的前沿趋势，思考评估新技术在提高产品的用户价值和竞争力的潜力。

1. 本科以上学历，具备3年以上整机产品经理工作经验。 2. 熟悉硬件设计、ID设计、结构设计、软件系统、供应链、生产制造等多模块业务。 3. 优先考虑具备机器人、无人机、XR/VR/MR、AI眼镜等较为复杂的长链条协作型智能硬件公司的产品交付经验。 4. 熟悉运动控制、定位和导航、空间感知、相机影像、图像传输技术中的一项或几项。 5. 具备创新和思辨精神。追求极致的用户体验，能够站在用户的角度上思考问题和洞察痛点。 6. 具备良好的沟通协调能力和产品Owner精神，能够积极主动和其他部门沟通合作，有效跨部门整合资源推动项目目标落地。 7. 对AI、具身智能、智能硬件行业有国际化的视野和敏锐嗅觉，持续保持关注行业的发展趋势。
