1、主导机器人关节减速箱（行星齿轮、谐波减速器、摆线针轮、RV减速器等）的齿轮拓扑选型与传动方案设计，平衡功率密度、效率、体积及成本； 2、针对关节电机高频启停、过载冲击等工况，设计抗冲击齿型及强化传动链； 3、精密齿轮设计与仿真，完成齿轮参数化设计，模数、齿数、压力角、变位系数、螺旋角优化，确保强度、寿命与低噪声的平衡； 4、对齿轮进行齿面接触分析、载荷分布仿真、疲劳寿命预测及热变形补偿设计等； 5、根据设计选定高性能齿轮材料，不限于钢、金属等，包括高分子塑料齿轮材料等。制定热处理、表面强化工艺规范； 6、分析减速箱在变载、高速下的振动特性，优化齿廓修形。通过刚度匹配设计降低传动链谐振风险，提升运动平稳性； 7、失效与可靠性分析，建立齿轮失效模型，设计加速寿命测试方案。主导齿轮系统的设计失效模式分析，制定预防性设计策略； 8、与电机工程师协同优化减速比、惯量匹配、实现关节模组动态性能最大化； 9、与结构工程师协同设计紧凑型减速箱箱体、密封及热管理方案。

1、熟悉齿轮啮合原理、材料力学、振动理论等。 2、掌握齿轮动态载荷分析、修形优化与NVH控制方法； 3、熟悉高精度齿轮量产工艺； 4、3年以上精密减速箱或高工况齿轮箱设计经验； 5、具备人形机器人、协作机器人关节减速箱开发案例； 6、熟悉机器人关节工况谱（冲击载荷、循环应力）及寿命预测模型。
