The posting

负责企业数据安全架构与平台建设，将数据保护能力嵌入数据平台、知识库和 AI 应用，使业务在清晰的数据、权限和使用边界内规模化使用 AI。对核心数据的可识别、可授权、可审计及风险处置效果负责。

1. 建立覆盖机器人多模态数据采集、传输、标注、训练、部署及回流的数据安全治理体系，梳理数据资产与责任边界，制定分类分级、访问授权、共享使用及留存删除规范，推动研发、算法和业务团队落实。 2. 主导重点场景的数据安全评估与技术控制落地，围绕视频、音频、点云、轨迹及客户现场数据，建设敏感数据识别、权限隔离、脱敏、防泄漏和审计能力；治理训练数据污染、模型与 Agent 越权访问及敏感信息泄露风险，运用 AI 提升识别与调查效率。 3. 建立风险发现、整改、复核及持续监测机制，以控制覆盖率、整改完成情况和实际防护效果度量治理成效；协同法务落实数据采集使用、第三方标注及适用的数据合规要求。

1. 主导过企业数据安全治理或复杂专项，具备从资产梳理、风险评估、制度制定到技术落地和持续运营的完整经验，能够说明本人贡献及实际成效。 2. 理解具身智能多模态数据的流转特点，在分类分级、访问控制、敏感数据识别与脱敏、DLP、加密及审计中至少三个方向有实际建设或运营经验，能够评估控制措施对数据质量和业务效率的影响。 3. 具备 AI 应用与安全实战经验，参与过 LLM、Agent 或模型数据链路的安全评估、控制落地，或将 AI 用于数据识别与风险分析；能够解释关键数据流、风险边界及效果验证方法。 4. 能够使用 Python、SQL 等工具开展数据分析、策略验证与自动化检查，具备跨团队推动能力，能够明确风险责任、整改优先级和验收标准，持续改进误报漏报及控制有效性。 5. 熟悉《个人信息保护法》《数据安全法》等基本要求，能够协同法务将合法处理、最小必要、保存期限及适用的数据出境要求转化为管理流程与技术措施。
