1、本科及以上学历； 2、至少5年相关工作经验，其中至少2年担任行政主管或类似职位，团队管理经验成熟； 3、有主导大型办公室搬迁项目的经验（5000平米及以上），具备丰富的项目管理知识和实践经验； 4、具备良好的沟通协调能力，能够与公司内部各部门及外部供应商进行有效的沟通与合作。
