岗位职责 1.产品规划：深入调研研究型高校、应用型本科、职业院校具身智能机器人相关专业的实践教学需求、实训痛点以及行业人才需求，结合国家政策和产业技术迭代趋势，制定产品规划。 2.产品设计：负责具身智能机器人教育产品的需求挖掘、分析与梳理，包括实训设备、配套教学软件、课程资源、技能认证配套产品等，输出需求文档(PRD)、产品原型和设计方案。 3.推进产品研发落地：协调产品、研发等跨部门团队，明确项目节点、分工和交付标准，跟踪进度，解决推进中的问题，确保产品按时、按质上线。 4.参与完成产品营销推广相关工作，提炼产品核心卖点，参与教育展会、行业研讨会等活动。 5.完成产品相关文档的编写和更新。

任职要求 1.本科以上学历，计算机、人工智能，机器人工程、自动化等相关专业优先； 2.具备3年及以上产品经理工作经验，其中1年以上教育产品经理经验；有具身智能、服务机器人、人工智能行业工作经验优先； 3.核心技能 -行业认知:熟悉教育改革政策(如产教融合、高技能人才培养等)，了解各层次学校具身智能机器人专业的教学标准、实训需求、人才培养目标，掌握行业发展趋势和竞品动态。 -产品能力:具备优秀的需求挖掘、分析与转化能力，能结合教育场景(实训教学、技能考核)设计产品方案;熟练撰写PRD;具备产品生命周期全流程管理能力。 -技术认知:了解具身智能机器人核心技术(如多模态感知融合、世界模型、VLA等)，熟悉机器人硬件与软件的协同逻辑，能与研发团队高效沟通，准确传递产品需求。 4.具备市场洞察，信息收集，数据分析能力及扎实文档书写能力。 5.良好的跨团队沟通能力、资源拉通能力和团队精神。
