The posting

1. 负责关节模组在人形机器人整机中的选型、测试、集成、调试和问题跟踪。 2. 根据整机需求，协助完成关节模组转矩、转速、减速比、惯量、尺寸、重量、刚度、间隙、温升和寿命等参数匹配。 3. 负责关节模组与整机之间的机械、电气、通信、软件及散热接口对接。 4. 完成关节模组入厂验收、性能测试、标定、耐久测试和整机工况测试。 5. 参与整机装配与联调，处理关节模组在整机中出现的温升、异响、振动、零位、跟踪误差、通信异常及故障报警等问题。 6. 采集和分析电流、电压、位置、速度、力矩、温度、振动及故障码等数据，协助定位问题原因。 7. 跟踪关节模组软硬件版本、参数配置、故障记录及供应商整改状态，保证整机配置一致性和问题可追溯。 8. 与关节模组供应商开展技术对接，推动故障分析、样件改进、测试验证和问题关闭。 9. 建立关节模组测试记录、问题清单、故障案例库及技术文档。 10. 配合整机机械、电气、运动控制、测试及供应链团队完成产品开发和量产导入。

1. 机械、电机、电气、自动化、控制、机器人等相关专业，本科及以上学历。 2. 具有3年以上机器人、伺服系统、关节模组、驱动器、减速器或运动控制相关经验；优秀应届硕士、博士亦可考虑。 3. 熟悉以下至少一个方向： - 电机及伺服驱动； - 谐波、行星等精密减速器； - 关节机械结构、轴承及装配； - 驱动控制器硬件； - 嵌入式软件及实时通信； - FOC、位置/速度/力矩控制； - 编码器、力矩传感器及标定； - 关节模组测试、可靠性或失效分析。 4. 能够使用示波器、数据采集设备、温度测试设备、振动测试设备或关节性能测试台等常用工具。 5. 具备基本的数据分析能力，能够结合运行日志、控制波形和测试结果分析问题。 6. 具备系统意识，能够理解关节模组与整机结构、电气系统和运动控制之间的相互影响。 7. 具备良好的沟通和问题跟踪能力，能够协同内部团队及供应商推动问题闭环。 8. 有人形机器人、四足机器人、协作机器人或机械臂整机调试经验者优先。
