岗位简介​ 本岗位为公司B端售后服务体系核心管理岗位，主要负责公司B端售后服务体系从0到1的整体搭建、标准化建设与团队管理工作。统筹服务流程设计、SLA标准制定、工单分级机制建设、服务产品化运营及备件管理体系搭建等全维度工作，联动研发、质量、供应链等多部门资源，推动B端售后服务从成本中心向利润中心转化，实现服务质量、客户满意度与服务收入的多维提升。​ 岗位职责​ 1、服务体系搭建与标准化建设：从0到1搭建B端售后服务体系，制定服务流程、SLA标准、工单分级机制与服务质量管控体系；编制服务标准操作手册、服务交付规范等标准化文档，推动服务体系规范化、标准化落地。​ 2、团队组建与管理赋能：组建并管理远程技术支持与运营服务工程师团队，制定岗位职责、考核标准与成长路径；常态化开展技术培训与能力建设，提升团队整体服务效能与专业水平。​ 3、服务产品设计与商业化运营：设计分级服务产品包，制定服务定价策略与售卖方案；推动售后服务从成本中心向利润中心转化，达成服务收入目标，实现服务商业化闭环。​ 4、备件管理与资源协调机制建设：建立备件管理体系，统筹备件库存规划、调拨与物流协调；对接供应链、仓储等部门，优化备件成本结构，保障服务交付效率与备件周转率。​ 5、服务质量闭环与数据驱动优化：建立客户满意度监控体系，定期分析服务数据与运营指标，识别服务痛点与改进机会；联动研发、质量等部门推动问题闭环与体系迭代升级，持续降本增效。​

任职要求​ 1、本科及以上学历，机电、自动化、电子电气、机械等理工科相关专业，5年以上B端售后服务管理经验，有机器人、工业自动化或智能硬件行业背景优先。​ 2、具备从0到1搭建售后服务体系的实操经验，熟悉服务流程设计、SLA管理、工单系统运作、服务产品化等核心模块。​ 3、具备团队管理能力，有组建、培养、激励技术服务团队的成功经验，能够带领团队达成业务目标。​ 4、具备较强的商业思维与数据敏感度，善于通过数据分析识别业务机会，推动服务商业化与降本增效。​ 5、具备优秀的跨部门沟通协同与资源整合能力，逻辑清晰、责任心强，能够承受创业期工作压力，推动体系快速落地。​ 岗位亮点​ 1、核心战略岗位：主导B端售后服务体系从0到1建设，深度参与公司B端业务战略落地，岗位价值高、影响力大。​ 2、综合能力成长：兼顾体系搭建、团队管理、商业运营多维度工作，全面锻炼管理能力与商业思维，职业成长天花板高。​ 3、发展空间广阔：伴随B端业务快速增长，团队规模与业务边界持续扩张，拥有清晰的晋升通道与广阔的职业发展空间。
