1、负责机器人关节电机高性能控制器的方案设计、建模仿真、并于嵌入式合作完成软件开发； 2、设计、开发电机高精度状态反馈算法，如位置、速度、力矩等； 3、协同硬件、结构工程师设计机电系统方案。如硬件参与硬件选型、电机传感器布置方案等； 4、优化电机控制器电流环响应及探索提高电流环带宽的算法； 5、开发实现电机在线、离线参数辨识算法； 6、负责相关领域的先进技术探究和积累，并进行产品化应用。

1、本科及以上学历，自动化、机械电子、控制理论与控制工程等相关专业； 2、具有丰富的编程经验，熟悉C语言/matlab，熟悉使用simulink进行电机建模和仿真； 3、具有良好的电机理论知识，精通PMSM、步进电机等电机控制算法，如有感、无感FOC算法、MTPA、死区补偿/优化等； 4、熟悉常用的电机参数辨识方法，有电机本体高温下控制性能优化更佳； 5、熟悉自动控制原理、数字信号处理，对电机控制控制器频域设计有深刻理解； 6、熟悉无刷电机常用传感器特性及相应的标定标定算法。如线性霍尔、磁编码器； 7、具有扎实的电机驱动硬件知识，可以指导硬件工程师，对电机控制核心器件做选型和参数选择指导。如功率MOS管、电流采样运放等； 8、有无刷电机电流环响应优化经验优先； 9、有人型机器人关节电机控制算法开发经验优先。
