1. 负责公司开源模型生态的运营与建设，落地并推动开源生态策略。 2. 负责公司具身智能相关模型，包括但不限于VLA、世界模型及模型相关论文等的开源发布、社区运营及持续推广。 3. 维护并运营国内外主流开源社区及平台，包括但不限于 GitHub、Hugging Face、ModelScope、Reddit等，提升项目影响力及开发者参与度。以及KOL、技术媒体及生态伙伴的合作关系，拓展生态资源。 4. 策划并执行开源项目发布、版本更新、社区活动、开发者激励等运营工作，持续提升项目活跃度和社区贡献。 5. 与算法、公关团队协同，推动模型开源、内容传播及开发者增长。 6. 持续关注国内外 AI 开源生态的发展趋势，分析行业动态，为公司开源战略提供建议。

1. 本科及以上学历，3-5 年工作经验。 2. 有 AI 模型开源生态运营经验，曾参与语言模型（LLM）、视觉模型（Vision）、或多模态模型等开源项目的运营或推广工作。 3. 熟悉国内外主流开源社区及平台的运营机制和玩法，对 GitHub、Hugging Face、ModelScope 等平台有实际运营经验。 4. 具备开源项目宣传推广经验，拥有一定的平台资源、社区资源或开发者资源，能够独立策划并推动开源传播。 5. 具备优秀的项目管理、跨团队沟通及资源整合能力。 6. 英文读写能力良好，能够与海外开发者社区进行交流。 7. 对具身智能（Embodied AI）行业有浓厚兴趣，希望长期投入这一领域，与全球开发者共同建设开放生态。
