The posting

1、根据机器人关节电机电磁性能和质量需求，设计关节电机电磁各项参数，输出分析报告、技术文档、图档； 2、优化电机铜、铁等其他损耗，优化电机力、电磁谐波等； 3、为本模块所约定的技术指标负责，为其他相关模块提供准确的设计输入和约束。如齿轮传动设计部分； 4、设计电机性能和质量相关的测试验收方案，通过分析测试数据，评价电机性能和质量，校核设计与实际性能或质量的误差，输出分析报告和改进措施； 5、针对本领域交付过程中遇到的技术问题开展攻关，为其他磁性部件设计开发提供技术评估等。如测量电机转子位置用的磁环和传感器位置等； 6、协同齿轮传动工程师搭建电机性能测试平台。

1、熟悉无刷电机的工作原理、设计流程及制造工艺。有机器人关机电机设计经验优先； 2、掌握电机基础概念、磁路模型、机电转换关系、电机性能评价、基础的数理、力学基础、电磁场基本理论； 3、熟悉有限元算法原理和优化算法原理，掌握使用电磁分析有限元软件进行建模、参数化设计的能力； 4、熟悉电机磁性部件成形和装配工艺、性能特点等； 5、了解PMSM内电磁场，熟悉电机数学模型； 6、掌握电磁谐波分析，力谐波、电磁谐波等； 7、了解振动、噪声、散热、机械设计等相关领域知识； 8、熟悉电机定子、转子用各类材料性能及适用场景，如硅钢片、磁铁等。
