1. 负责开发、训练和部署具身智能机器人全身控制的强化学习算法，集成避障，柔顺力控，安全保护等多项功能机制，保证动作追随与力追随的平滑与稳定； 2.提升机器人对物理世界与人类意图的主动理解和预测能力，在有接触的任务场景上实现并提升人机交互功能； 3.多模态人机交互，引入力觉 / 触觉等交互信息辅助机器人的决策与规划，实现机器人对人类反应的多模态闭环反馈； 4.数据平台搭建，清洗并提高多来源（动捕 / 视频 / 遥操等）的数据的质量，保证数据集在运动学与动力学上的可行性，搭建数据清洗，数据评估的闭环数据处理流程；

1. 具有机器人学，控制，计算机科学等相关专业背景或相关行业实习经验，有强烈的自驱力 2. 相关顶会论文 (TRO/ICRA/ICML/CVPR 等) 作者优先考虑 3. 熟悉 RL 的原理，掌握常见的 RL 算法，如 PPO，TD3, SAC 等 4. 具有扎实的机器人部署与真机调试经验，了解解决 sim2real gap 的做法，了解机器人的动力学物理建模 5. 有计算机视觉领域基础，了解常见的视觉编码和表征方式，熟悉主流的 VLA 架构
