1.负责采集团队日常管理：人员排班、任务分配、目标拆解、过程督导与绩效考核，打造高执行力团队，确保数据采集任务按时、按量、按质完成。 2.负责现场调度与效率管理：像调度运力一样动态分配采集任务，监控实时进度，快速处理异常，持续提升团队人均产出与整体效率。 3.负责设备与系统管理：统一管理采集设备、终端、平台系统，确保设备完好、数量充足，异常及时上报并推动快速修复，保障作业不停摆。 4. 负责现场问题处理：实时监控作业现场、快速发现、反馈、解决流程卡点、人员状态、任务拥堵等问题，保障稳定运行。 5. 负责流程优化与效率提升：持续复盘作业瓶颈，优化流程、简化动作、提升标准化，用精益管理思路持续降本提效。职位要求。

1. 本科及以上学历、管理类、工业工程、计算机相关专业优先；有自动驾驶或具身数据采集、数据标注、大规模团队运营管理经验优先，其次考虑有外卖、网约车、同城配送、仓储分拣、现场运力调度、生产班组管理经验。 2.熟悉人员管理、任务调度、现场管控、效率提升、绩效考核，能带团队、能盯结果； 3.善于沟通协调，能作为业务现场与技术团队之间的桥梁，推动问题快速落地。
