1. 项目全生命周期管理：负责机器人系统部门内部项目（含机器人系统软件、基础软件、DevOps/测试工具链等）的立项、规划、执行、监控与结项，确保项目目标、进度、成本、质量可控。 2. 部门统一需求管理：负责统筹管理、跟踪各个项目的需求； 3. 进度与风险管理：制定并维护项目计划（WBS/里程碑/甘特图），定期跟踪项目进展，识别进度偏差与技术风险，及时预警并推动、落地。 4. 研发流程与规范建设：结合敏捷/Scrum/DevOps 实践，建立和优化软件中心内部项目管理流程、交付规范与质量门禁，提升团队研发效能。 5. 技术评审与决策支持：组织技术方案评审、里程碑评审与复盘会议，推动技术决策落地，沉淀项目经验与最佳实践。 6. 沟通与信息同步：作为技术团队与管理层/业务方之间的桥梁，定期输出项目状态报告，确保信息透明、目标对齐。

1. 学历与经验：本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、自动化、机器人或相关专业；3年以上技术项目管理经验，有机器人/AI/嵌入式系统研发项目管理经验者优先。 2. 技术理解力：具备扎实的技术背景，熟悉机器人软件栈（如ROS 2、Linux、C++/Python、实时控制、CI/CD、容器化等），能与研发工程师进行深度技术对话，理解技术方案与实现难点。 3. 项目管理能力：精通项目管理方法论（敏捷/Scrum/Kanban/瀑布等），熟悉项目管理工具（Jira、飞书项目、ONES等），具备PMP/ACP认证者优先。 4. 沟通与推动力：具备优秀的跨团队沟通、冲突协调与向上管理能力，能在矩阵式组织中高效推动多方协作。 5. 风险与质量意识：具备敏锐的风险识别能力与质量管理意识，善于通过流程优化与数据度量提升研发交付质量。 6. 自驱与适应力：自我驱动力强，能适应机器人行业快速迭代、需求多变的研发节奏，具备较强的抗压能力与学习能力。
