1、【供应商开发管理】主要负责综合采购业务，如 研发/生产/测试类设备、治具的供应商寻源、评估、审核、导入；建立并维护合格供应商名录（AVL），优化供应商池； 2、【成本管理】主导询价、比价、议价及招标等商务环节，确保采购价格具备市场竞争力，建立成本模型，拆解成本构成识别不合理的成本项，消除常规溢价及品质过剩的技术方案溢价等； 3、【需求管理】能从技术方案角度识别需求部门需求不合理项，提前识别及管理需求；组织技术交流会并建立采购在技术维度的knowhow； 4、【跨部门协同】能够独立发起并主导跨部门优化专项，明确各部门分工与节点，推动流程优化/成本优化/品质优化等事务；能熟练转化内外部沟通语言在项目中成为供应商与需求部门的稳定桥梁； 5、【后端全流程】具备良好的合同风险意识、交付管理意识及财务基本知识，统筹该品类合同及付款全流程业务。

1、本科及以上学历，工科/理科/管理类等相关专业； 2、具备3-5年综合采购寻源经验，有消费电子、汽车、机器人等行业经验优先； 3、具备独立与供应商洽谈能力，有效管理供应商关系； 4、逻辑思维能力强，能够独立对接及展开项目； 5、出色的沟通能力，英文读写顺畅； 6、持有CPSM,SCMP,CPPM,PMP等相关证书优先考虑。
