1. 负责机器人商业化项目的需求承接、场景分析、方案定义与交付落地，覆盖客户调研、需求澄清、产品文档、方案评审、客户确认及验收闭环。 2. 面向工业、物流、巡检、零售、展示交互等重点场景，设计可落地的整机解决方案，包括硬件配置、末端执行器适配、传感器与算力配置、软件功能及异常流程、部署规划和量化验收标准。 3. 将复杂业务需求转化为清晰的产品定义和技术规格，参与核心硬件选型、结构/ID/供应链方案评估，明确关键模块、接口关系与技术边界，并协同算法、软件、硬件、工程团队完成软硬件融合方案落地。 4. 统筹项目交付全过程，推进研发、测试、生产、安装调试、预验收和终验收等关键环节，识别并解决进度、质量、资源、产品一致性和现场交付风险，确保项目按计划高质量完成。 5. 作为客户侧产品与交付接口人，建立稳定沟通机制，响应客户问题与需求变更，协调内部资源推动问题闭环，提升客户满意度与 NPS。 6. 基于项目运营数据和交付复盘，提炼共性需求、能力边界、模块化与配置化机会及定制化 ROI，沉淀标准方案、产品配置、交付文档和知识库，反哺整机产品规划与标准品能力迭代。

1. 本科及以上学历，机械、电子、自动化、计算机、机器人、工业设计等相关专业优先；具备 3 年以上机器人、智能硬件、自动化设备或软硬结合产品经验。 2. 有成功落地的软硬结合产品或商业化项目经验，能够独立推进从需求分析、方案定义、研发协同、测试验证到客户验收的完整闭环；具备较强的整机产品理解能力，熟悉 ID 设计、结构设计、硬件选型、传感器、执行器、供应链、生产制造、测试验证等多个模块，并能够建立从业务目标、系统指标、模块验证到客户验收的完整链路。 3. 理解机器人软件系统、功能流程和人机交互设计，能够与算法、嵌入式、系统、云端、APP/后台等团队协作，完成软硬件融合方案设计与落地；熟悉运动控制、定位导航、空间感知、相机影像、图像传输、端侧计算、机器人系统集成中的一项或多项；了解 VLM/VLA、端到端感知或具身智能算法落地者优先。 4. 具备强 Owner 意识、需求抽象能力、跨团队沟通协调能力和复杂项目推进能力，具备系统性产品思维和数据意识，能够平衡短期项目交付与中长期整机方案固化，并推动复杂问题闭环。
