1. 海外技术KOL建联与渗透 （1）挖掘、建立并长期维护海外多平台（如 X/Twitter、YouTube、Reddit、Hacker News、Discord 等）具身智能/机器人/AI领域技术KOL及意见领袖关系网络； （2）通过深度技术沟通、内容共创、产品体验等方式，在KOL圈层中持续做技术渗透，提升公司技术认知度与专业口碑； （3）跟踪海外技术社区动态与舆情，识别合作机会与潜在风险。 2. 海外技术分享会策划与执行 （1）与产品、研发、市场等相关同事配合，策划并推动海外线上/线下技术分享会（Meetup、Webinar、行业会议演讲等）的落地； （2）负责活动全流程执行，包括议题共创、嘉宾邀约、内容把控、现场/线上协调及效果复盘。 3. 技术内容传播策划与执行 （1）策划并推动公司Paper、技术Blog、开源模型等技术成果的海外发布与传播方案； （2）协调技术团队产出内容，将复杂技术转化为易于海外受众理解和传播的表达方式； （3）跟踪传播效果，持续优化内容策略与渠道打法。

1. 3–5 年海外技术品牌、开发者营销、科技公关、内容营销、DevRel、社区运营或相关工作经验。 2. 对人工智能、具身智能、机器人、机器学习、计算机视觉、强化学习或开源生态有较强兴趣和基础理解；有相关行业经验优先。 3. 熟悉海外主流技术社区和内容平台的传播逻辑，具备海外技术 KOL、开发者、研究者或媒体资源者优先。 4. 英语可作为工作语言，具备优秀的英文书面表达、内容策划、沟通与跨文化协作能力。 5. 能够理解技术团队的表达，并将复杂技术内容转化为准确、清晰、有传播力的对外叙事。 6. 具备独立项目推进能力，能统筹多方协作并高质量完成从策略、策划到落地复盘的闭环。
