  • 负责遥操作系统的集成与调试，优化数据交互逻辑与系统资源调度，解决部署中的同步、延迟与可靠性问题。
  • 主导搭建具身智能系统的测试与验证框架，深入评估系统性能边界，并推动系统整体性能的优化。
  • 参与系统架构设计，搭建低延迟、高可靠的实时控制平台，实现高效数据传输与指令交互。
  • 参与视觉链路和控制输入设备的选型，优化多模态信号的实时传输与同步，实现直观的人机交互逻辑与沉浸式遥操作体验。
  • 与各职能团队紧密协作，根据用户反馈及真机测试结果持续优化系统性能，推动产品化落地与迭代升级。
  • 自动化、机电工程、机器人、计算机科学等相关专业，本科及以上学历，2年以上实时系统开发经验者优先。
  • 熟悉C++/Python，熟悉实时内核配置与进程调度优化，具备扎实的多线程编程与性能调优能力。
  • 熟悉ROS/ROS2机器人操作系统及DDS中间件，具备通信延迟测量与优化经验。
  • 了解工业总线（如EtherCAT/CANopen）、伺服控制与传感器接口开发，具备软硬件协同调试经验者优先。
  • 具备良好的系统设计能力、编程习惯与文档撰写能力，有较强的跨团队协作与问题解决能力。
  • 加分项：有机器人系统集成经验；熟悉力反馈设备集成；具备工业/医疗遥操作场景落地经验。
