The posting

1.负责微型齿轮减速器(行星齿轮、谐波减速器、摆线针轮、以及其它齿轮组等)的传动方案设计，实现大扭矩、低转速、高精度、小回差输出。 2.进行小模数齿轮(m≤0.5)的齿形设计、强度校核、修形优化及效率分析，解决微型齿轮在有限空间下的承载与润滑问题。 3.设计齿轮箱结构、轴承布置、密封及润滑方案，与电机结构工程师协同完成一体化集成。 4.主导传动系统样机制作、精度测试(背隙、传动误差、寿命测试)及失效分析，制定改进措施。 5.作为齿轮传动技术带头人，建立微型齿轮设计规范与测试标准，指导团队攻克精密加工与装配工艺难题。

1.本科及以上学历，机械工程、精密仪器等专业，8年以上微型齿轮减速器设计经验，有灵巧手、机器人手指、微型伺服关节传动系统成功案例者优先。 2.精通齿轮设计软件(Kisssoft、MDesign、Romax)及三维建模软件Creo，熟悉小模数齿轮的加工工艺(注塑、粉末冶金、精密切削)。 3.深入理解齿轮的失效模式(微点蚀、胶合、断齿)及抑制方法，掌握回差控制、降噪及效率提升技术。 4.熟悉精密传动测试设备(如背隙测试台、传动误差测量仪)及标准，能独立搭建测试方案。 5.具备独立项目领导能力:从概念设计、详细设计到量产转移，能协调资源解决高精度装配、温升、磨损等工程问题。
