岗位简介 本岗位为产品服务体系核心岗位，主要负责公司产品可服务性全生命周期管理、服务标准化体系搭建及一线团队技术赋能。统筹新产品服务导入、现场技术支撑、服务质量闭环优化等全维度工作，联动内部项目组与全国一线技术支持团队，平衡产品服务适配性、客户体验与服务效率，推动公司售后服务体系规范化、标准化、本地化迭代升级。 岗位职责 1、产品可服务性全流程管控与资料沉淀：主导产品可服务性（DFS）全周期管理，覆盖服务需求调研提报、设备拆装部署、现场维护调测、故障问题评审复盘、优化方案落地全流程；负责服务侧全套标准化技术资料开发与迭代更新，包含安装部署手册、维修指南、备件BOM清单、拆装机教学视频、FAQ知识库等；牵头新产品上市服务导入工作，提前完成服务资源储备，打通新品上市服务链路，保障新品市场化服务高效、有序落地。 2、数据驱动产品迭代：基于售后端积累的维修数据、故障反馈、客户投诉等,识别产品的系统性的和质量风险,独立或协同质量、研发团队开展失效分析、方案验证及流程优化,向研发团队提出可落地的改进建议并跟进闭环，推动产品迭代完善。 3、服务标准化搭建与一线技术赋能：基于产品服务规范及行业服务标准，编制一线服务标准化培训教材、专项课程课件，常态化组织一线服务人员开展技术培训、实操赋能与技能考核；将产品技术要求、售后服务准则拆解为可落地、可执行的标准化操作流程，监督全国技术支持团队落地执行，统一服务作业标准，保障全国服务质量一致性、专业性。 4、一线疑难支撑与服务质量闭环优化：作为一线服务技术后盾，协助排查解决现场各类复杂疑难故障、技术卡点，搭建轻量化、降本增效的问题分析与处置工具、方法论；常态化收集现场故障案例、客户投诉与优化建议、市场服务痛点，联动研发、项目组开展产品质量整改、性能优化及服务流程迭代，形成“问题收集-分析复盘-优化落地-效果验证”的完整闭环，持续降本增效、提升客户满意度与产品市场口碑。 岗位亮点 1、核心刚需岗位：深度参与产品从上市到运维的全周期服务体系搭建，掌握公司服务业务核心链路，岗位价值高、不可替代性强； 2、能力全面赋能：兼顾技术攻坚、方案设计、体系标准化、团队赋能多维度工作，跳出单一售后执行工作，综合能力成长速度快； 3、发展空间广阔：可深度联动研发、项目、市场多部门，参与产品质量与服务体系迭代，拥有完善的成长路径和晋升通道；

任职要求 1、本科及以上学历，机电、自动化、电子电气、机械、计算机等理工科相关专业，3年机器人、智能硬件类产品售后技术服务、服务方案设计、体系标准化搭建相关经验，优秀应届毕业生可放宽条件择优录用。 2、熟悉To B端工业产品售后服务全流程，具备技术文档编写、服务体系搭建、培训赋能、本地化方案设计任意一项或多项实操经验，了解产品可服务性从业者优先。 3、具备扎实的问题分析、故障复盘、统筹梳理能力，善于提炼一线工作痛点，沉淀标准化流程与实操方法论，能够独立推进服务优化项目落地。 4、具备良好的跨部门沟通协同、统筹推进及落地执行能力，工作逻辑清晰、责任心强，抗压性佳，可适配区域调研、跨团队对接、现场支撑等工作场景。 5、拥有良好的市场敏感度与客户服务思维，善于挖掘客户潜在需求与服务短板，主动推动产品与服务双向优化，具备持续迭代的工作思维。
