The posting

1. 设计、训练、评估并部署面向灵巧手精细操作任务的运动策略（System 1 / System 0）。 2. 搭建灵巧手精确仿真环境，包括动力学辨识、力/触传感器与视觉传感器仿真、contact-rich任务仿真 。 3. 灵巧手的数据清洗、数据合成与数据增强，包括抓取姿态生成、retargeting等。 4. 训练多模态的灵巧手感知运动模型，实现接触力感知、目标跟踪、底层安全等能力 。 5. 与大模型、系统和硬件团队紧密协作，将策略部署到真实场景的端侧机器人系统中。

职位要求 1. 对Model Based方法与Data Driven方法之间的优劣、适用边界及实际权衡有深刻理解。 2. 具备在真实机器人平台上开发和部署系统的实践经验，包括但不限于灵巧手、人形机器人、机械臂、无人机等。 3. 具备运动控制相关经验，熟悉行为克隆、强化学习等机器人学习方法。 4. 熟悉 Isaac Lab、MuJoCo 等仿真环境，以及 PyTorch、JAX 等适用于机器人与机器学习系统的开发框架。 5. 能够围绕真实机器人系统独立设计实验、分析故障，并进行快速迭代与优化。
