The posting

  • 主导从算法设计 → 仿真验证 → 真机联调 → 工程落地的完整研发流程。
  • 负责人形机器人遥操作核心算法的开发与优化，包括轨迹优化与重定向、柔顺控制、力位混合控制与自适应策略等，支撑机械臂、人形机器人等设备的精准灵巧操作。
  • 基于Gazebo、Mujoco等仿真工具搭建仿真测试环境，完成算法的仿真验证、性能评估与迭代优化。
  • 分析并解决机器人实际操作中出现的噪声、抖动、延迟、误差等问题，优化实时性、稳定性与控制精度。
  • 参与系统集成与联调，参与多模态融合方案的设计，推动算法在真机的工程化落地，解决部署中的问题。
  • 跟踪并探索领域前沿技术在遥操作中的融合与应用，撰写相关技术文档与报告，推动团队技术积累与成果转化。
  • 自动化、机器人、机电工程、人工智能等相关专业，本科及以上学历，2年以上算法开发经验者优先。
  • 熟悉C++/Python，有ROS/ROS2、Gazebo、Isaac Sim等机器人仿真与实验经验。
  • 掌握机器人运动学与动力学基础，熟悉PID、MPC等控制策略，具备扎实的数学与系统建模基础。
  • 具备遥操作系统、力控算法设计、动态建模与参数辨识、传感器融合与实时系统开发等经验者优先。
  • 具备良好的问题解决能力、协作精神与沟通能力，能快速定位并解决研发过程中的技术问题。
  • 加分项：有VR设备/力反馈设备开发经验；参与过工业/医疗遥操作项目落地；在ICRA/IROS等顶会发表论文。
