  • 负责机器人（力控/协作机械臂）构型建模，主导从需求定义、方案设计、仿真验证到真机调试的全流程开发。
  • 负责机器人工作空间优化，结合场景需求，开展工作空间与可达性分析，保障机器人操作灵活性与安全性。
  • 搭建机械臂动力学仿真模型，开展负载特性、受力分析、动态响应等仿真验证。
  • 参与力反馈控制算法的工程化实现，协同优化力反馈增益调节、阻尼补偿等策略，解决延迟、抖动、力觉失真等问题。
  • 跟踪力反馈技术领域前沿动态，探索新型控制策略的融合应用，撰写技术调研报告与专利提案。
  • 负责如轨迹重建等模块系统性能测试方案，分析测试数据并推动设计迭代，保障产品稳定量产。
  • 控制工程、机器人、自动化等相关专业，本科及以上学历，2年以上机械臂相关开发经验者优先。
  • 掌握机器人运动学与动力学分析基础，熟悉机器人建模、动力学仿真与性能评估者优先。
  • 具备扎实的误差分析与系统建模基础，了解C++/Python编程语言，能配合算法团队完成仿真与真机联调工作。
  • 具备良好的跨团队协作能力，具备较强的问题解决能力与技术文档撰写能力。
  • 加分项：有协作/力控机械臂项目经验；熟悉力控算法；熟悉机器人构型设计或动力学仿真。
