The posting

1. 负责具身智能云平台的全生命周期产品管理，覆盖需求调研、系统架构规划、核心功能设计到多业务线的落地交付。对云平台的整体架构健壮性、业务支撑效率及商业化交付质量全权负责。 2. 定义平台架构与演进路线，根据公司具身智能业务战略，拆解多形态机器人（轮式、UMI等）的云端诉求。主导划分平台标准底座与业务定制层的系统边界，制定清晰的云平台产品路线图与里程碑节点。 3. 主导云平台核心系统模块的设计与落地，聚焦构建机器人全生命周期管理、具身智能数据闭环底座、端云协同与调度支撑及仿真与测评平台基建四大维度的能力底座。 4. 作为跨团队协作的核心枢纽，协同机器人硬件底层、端侧软件平台、大模型算法及测试团队，拉齐跨端通信协议规范。建立云平台核心指标体系，通过数据分析与业务反馈，持续迭代平台能力，构建公司的软件基建护城河。

1. 本科及以上学历，计算机科学、人工智能或相关理工科专业。具备3~5年以上后端/架构方向研发经验者优先考虑。 2. 具有3年以上复杂B端平台或中台产品（PaaS/SaaS）设计与落地经验。有自动驾驶云控平台、机器人/无人机等车队管理系统、大规模AI数据平台或仿真测评平台从0到1搭建经验者优先。 3. 具备极强的系统架构思维与抽象能力，能从全局视角梳理“云-边-端”的系统交互逻辑、状态流转与异常兜底机制。深刻理解微服务架构、多租户隔离方案，具备解决高并发数据流转或异构硬件统一管理的实战经验。 4. 加分项：懂硬件与算法边界，了解ROS/ROS2等机器人底层基础框架，对传感器数据格式及大模型/具身智能的数据需求有基本认知，能顺畅地与硬件、算法及仿真工程师进行深度技术对话。 5. 具备出色的抗压能力与沟通协同能力，能够在资源有限的创业环境中，坚守平台底线，合理平衡大客户定制化诉求与平台标准化建设的冲突，高效推动跨部门复杂项目落地。
