1、负责模组等试验样品的接收、状态确认、出库及入库管理; 2、负责模组试验台架的搭建，包括机械安装、水电气连接、高低压线束连接，以及台架搭建后的安全检测(绝缘电阻测试、接地连续性检查、互锁回路验证); 3、负责试验室设备的日常维护、设备点检及计量校准支持; 4、负责试验室/设备间/控制间的5S维护，规范填写所属设备的点检表及使用记录表; 5、支持工程师开展模组、电机一般试验、性能试验、耐久试验等，并负责试验过程中的数据监控与原始数据导出整理; 6、完成工程师交付的其他工作(如测试程序的调用执行、简单调试等)。

1、了解机器人关节模组或新能源电驱动核心系统(机械、电子)基本组成，知晓简单试验设备(如万用表、卡尺、基础测试仪、测功机、示波器)的使用方法; 2、熟悉机器人或汽车及零部件基础认知，了解试验验证基本流程与安全规范; 3、具备基础数据记录与文档整理能力,能按模板完成数据录入; 4、熟悉通讯上位机使用(该项可由内部简单培训); 5、服从管理，愿意从事基础试验辅助工作，具备良好的学习意愿。
