The posting

1. 负责机器人遥操场景下实时音视频链路的架构设计、开发、集成和持续优化,覆盖机器人端、网络传输、云端服务及遥操端； 2. 建设基于WebRTC的实时音视频能力，持续优化端到端延迟、卡顿率、抖动、丢包恢复和弱网体验，保障遥操画面的实时性与稳定性； 3. 负责机器人端音视频采集、编解码和传输模块开发,充分利用NVIDIA、Rockchip、X86等平台的硬件编解码能力，搭建高效稳定的视频处理流水线； 4. 负责FFmpeg、GStreamer、WebRTC等多媒体框架的二次开发和和工程化落地，支持实时遥操、远程调试、视频预览、数据采集和智能语音等场景； 5. 建立音视频链路可观测体系，结合埋点、日志、抓包和性能分析了工具，快速定位采集、编解码、网络、系统资源、线程调度及渲染链路中的性能瓶颈； 6. 负责弱网环境下的通信问题分析和优化，沉淀可复用的监控指标、排查工具、调优方法及技术文档。

1. 本科及以上学历，计算机、电子工程、通信工程、自动化等相关专业，具备3年及以上Linux平台音视频或实时通信开发经验； 2. 精通C/C++，具备扎实的Linux系统编程能力，熟悉多线程、进科程间通信、内存管理、网络编程、线程调度和性能优化； 3. 熟悉WebRTC技术栈，理解RTP、RTCP、ICE、STUN、TURN、SDP、NACK、PLI、FIR、FEC、抖动缓冲、带宽估计和拥塞控制等关键机制； 4. 深入理解H.264、H.265等视频编码标准，熟悉GOP、码率、帧率、关键帧和编码延迟等参数对实时体验的影响； 5. 熟悉FFmpeg或GStreamer，熟练使用tcpdump、Wireshark、ffprobe、perf、top、vmstat、iostat等工具定位复杂问题； 6. 熟悉NVIDIA、Rockchip、X86等至少一种主流硬件平台，具备硬件编解码、零拷贝流水线或端到端性能优化经验，能够独立完成链路分析和问题闭环。
