岗位定位 负责机器人IMU、编码器、足端力、视觉/深度等多源传感器方案选型、标定和融合，为运动控制和家庭场景感知提供稳定可靠的状态输入。 核心职责 - 负责IMU、编码器、足端力/触觉、视觉/深度等传感器选型、接口定义和标定流程。 - 建立机器人姿态、速度、接触状态、足底受力等状态估计算法。 - 开发传感器数据同步、滤波、异常检测、标定补偿和融合模块。 - 与运动控制、触觉/力觉、嵌入式和测试团队协作，提供可用于控制闭环的稳定状态信号。 - 输出标定文档、数据质量评估、传感器误差模型和融合效果报告。

任职要求 - 熟悉EKF/UKF、惯性导航、SLAM或机器人状态估计。 - 熟悉IMU、编码器、深度相机、力传感器、足端接触传感器等至少两类传感器。 - 具备C++/Python开发能力，能够完成算法验证、数据分析和工程部署。 - 理解状态估计服务于运动控制闭环，而不仅是单纯感知。 加分项 - 做过四足机器人、双足机器人、无人机、自动驾驶、惯导、机器人SLAM或多传感器融合。 - 熟悉ROS/ROS2、Pinocchio、MuJoCo、Isaac Sim、机器人日志系统或数据回放工具。 - 有真机调试经验，能处理传感器噪声、漂移、延迟和异常数据。
