1、整机热架构设计： 负责具身智能产品的整机热管理方案架构设计，平衡散热性能、重量、噪音及空间限制。 2、仿真与优化： 主导关键部件（高扭矩电机、关节执行器、AI 计算单元、电池模组等）的热仿真，识别热风险点并提出优化方案，确保器件在动态运动及多姿态下的可靠性。 3、散热器件选型与应用： 负责新型散热材料与技术的研究与应用（如超薄均温板 VC、微型热管、相变材料、液冷模组、柔性导热界面材料等），以适应灵巧手及关节等狭小空间。 4、测试与验证： 搭建热测试环境，制定热测试标准与规范，执行环境可靠性测试、风洞测试及实机运行测试，对仿真模型进行校准闭环。 5、跨部门协作： 与结构、硬件、电机控制及算法团队紧密合作，在 ID 堆叠阶段介入，解决散热与电磁兼容（EMC）、防水防尘（IP 等级）及轻量化之间的冲突。

1、硕士及以上学历，热能工程、能源动力等相关专业。 2、5年以上电子设备或机电一体化产品热设计经验。 3、精通热设计理论（传热学、流体力学），熟悉自然对流、强制对流及辐射散热设计。 4、熟练使用至少一种主流热仿真软件（Icepak, Flotherm, Ansys Fluent 等），具备高精度模型简化及仿真与实测对标能力。 5、熟悉常见散热工艺及材料特性，具备复杂风道设计及液冷系统设计经验。 6、主导过至少 3 款高功率密度、小型化产品的量产热设计项目，有解决复杂热问题（如局部热点、动态热负载）的成功案例。 7、具备较强的跨部门沟通与推动能力，能够以系统视角平衡热性能、可靠性、成本与产品体验。
