1.负责机器人应用部门项目的全生命周期管理（涵盖立项、规划、执行、监控与结项），确保项目目标、进度、成本及质量全面可控； 2.制定并动态维护项目计划（WBS/里程碑/甘特图），定期追踪项目进展，精准识别进度偏差与技术风险，及时预警并推动问题闭环解决； 3.建立并持续优化内部项目管理流程、交付规范与质量门禁，有效提升团队研发效能； 4.组织技术方案评审、里程碑评审及项目复盘会议，推动关键技术决策落地，沉淀项目经验与最佳实践； 5.作为技术团队与管理层/业务方的核心沟通枢纽，定期输出高质量项目状态报告，确保信息高度透明、各方目标对齐。

1.本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、自动化、机器人或相关专业；具备3年以上技术项目管理经验，有机器人/AI/嵌入式系统研发项目管理背景者优先； 2.技术功底扎实，熟悉机器人软件栈（如ROS2、Linux、C++/Python等），能与研发团队进行深度技术对话，准确理解技术方案与实现难点； 3.精通项目管理方法论，熟练使用项目管理工具（如Jira、飞书项目等），持有PMP/ACP等相关认证者优先； 4.具备出色的跨团队沟通、冲突协调及向上管理能力，能在矩阵式组织架构中高效推动多方协作； 5.风险识别敏锐，质量管理意识强，善于通过流程优化与数据度量手段提升研发交付质量； 6.自我驱动力强，能快速适应机器人行业快速迭代、需求多变的研发节奏，具备优秀的抗压能力与持续学习能力。
