1.负责机器人控制相关底层架构与接口抽象，搭建仿真器、实体机器人硬件统一接口，实现仿真与真机无缝切换。 2.基于现代 C++ 开发机器人核心系统，运用各类设计模式搭建数据、事件、状态机与推理执行管线，保障工程可维护性与扩展性。 3.开发CPU/GPU 异构加速模块，实现动力学求解、碰撞检测、神经网络推理等功能，完成异构任务调度。 4.搭建机器人实时运行系统，运用实时线程调度、无锁结构、内存池等技术，保障系统低延迟、高稳定运行。 5.负责物理仿真器开发与集成，实现刚体 / 柔体仿真、多类传感器模拟，支撑机器人算法训练与虚实迁移验证。 6.主导机器人控制框架 / 中间件架构设计、跨平台工程构建，落地 CICD 流程，完成项目编译、打包与版本管理。 7.负责强化学习 / 模仿学习策略网络的模型压缩、推理优化与端侧部署，借助量化、算子融合、模型蒸馏等技术实现毫秒级机载推理。 8.基于主流机器人框架、仿真器、推理引擎做二次开发与深度定制，解决虚实迁移、传感器噪声、通信延迟、设备安全等真机落地问题。

任职要求 - 计算机科学、机器人学或相关专业硕士及以上学历 - 3年以上C++系统开发经验，精通C++17/20，深入理解RAII、类型萃取、CRTP、模板元编程、移动语义等现代C++技术 - 熟练运用设计模式解决实际工程问题：工厂模式（插件注册）、策略模式（求解器/推理后端切换）、观察者模式（事件与数据管线）、组合模式（状态机嵌套）、管线模式（观测器与推理链式执行）等 - 定义与仿真器及真实机器人硬件的接口抽象层，实现仿真与实机的无缝切换 - 设计GPU加速计算模块，涵盖并行动力学求解、批量碰撞检测、神经网络前向推理等场景，实现CPU/GPU异构调度 - 具备实时系统开发经验，理解实时线程调度、无锁数据结构及内存池等技术 - 开发或深度集成物理仿真器，支持刚体/柔体接触仿真、传感器模拟（IMU、力传感器、深度相机）及大规模并行环境，用于策略训练与sim-to-real验证

必备经历 - 有真实机器人（人形、多足、协作臂等）上的控制软件部署与调试经验，了解从仿真到实机转移中传感器噪声、通信延迟、安全保护等实际问题 - 有主导或深度参与过至少一个机器人控制框架或中间件项目的架构设计 - 精通CICD流程，有跨平台大型项目构建与打包经验 - 了解刚体动力学与基于QP的任务空间控制原理

优先考虑 - 有mc_rtc、Pinocchio、TSID、ros2_control等框架的开发或深度定制经验 - 有Jetson（Orin/AGX）等嵌入式GPU平台上的部署调优经验 - 熟悉ROS2生态及其实时扩展、熟悉UDP协议 - 有开源项目维护经验，重视API设计、文档与社区协作 - 构建端侧推理加速管线，将训练端策略网络（强化学习、模仿学习等）经模型蒸馏、量化压缩后部署至机载计算平台，实现毫秒级推理延迟 - 有端侧推理部署经验，熟悉TensorRT、ONNX Runtime、TVM等推理框架中的至少一种，理解算子融合、INT8/FP16量化、动态batch等优化手段 - 了解模型蒸馏（knowledge distillation）、网络剪枝等模型压缩技术，有将大模型策略蒸馏为轻量实时可执行网络的实践经验 - 有MuJoCo、Isaac Gym/Sim、Brax、Drake等仿真器的二次开发或自研仿真引擎经验，理解接触力求解（LCP/compliant contact）、时间步进策略及渲染管线
