The posting

岗位职责 1.统筹数据采集的全生命周期管理，包括采集方案设计（场景搭建、任务拆解、动作规范）、遥操作设备与传感器部署、数据清洗与标注、质量评估标准制定等； 2.牵头数据质检流程，对 RGB、深度、关节状态、遥操指令等多模态数据的完整性、时序一致性、有效性负责，对数据异常 "零容忍"。 3.统筹数采员的分工、排班、带教、绩效考核、技能矩阵管理等工作，保障每日采集产能与合格率达标，持续优化采集效率； 4.独立完成高精度遥操作示范采集，管理数据采集硬件资产（机器人本体、动作捕捉设备、VR / 遥操作装置等），在保障数据质量的前提下控制采集成本与运营效率。 5.现场与设备管理：负责机器的日常点检、状态确认，设备异常时及时报修并跟进恢复，减少非投产时长； 6.优化采集、质检、切片、归档、传输全链路效率，推动数采工具链迭代，降低人工成本，提升数据自动化校验能力。

任职要求 1.本科及以上学历，计算机、自动化、机器人工程、人工智能、机械电子等相关专业； 2.3 年以上数据采集 / 数据质量管理 / 测试工程相关工作经验，其中至少 1 年以上数据采集或数据工程团队管理经验；有机器人或自动驾驶数据采集经验者优先； 3.具备极强的任务拆解与流程标准化能力，能将抽象的训练需求转化为可执行、可度量、可复现的采集作业规范； 4.具备良好的沟通协调能力，能有效管理采集团队与跨部门协作，要求要有动手能力，能熟练配合完成采集设备的部署、基础调试、日常维护等工作，能快速上手各种工具； 5.注重过程管控，具备标准化思维与流程意识，适应结果导向的工作节奏。
