1. 项目交付管理 - 负责具身机器人（如服务机器人、工业机器人等）2B项目的端到端交付，包括方案细化、计划制定、资源协调、风险控制，验收交付以及后期的数采运维。 - 主导项目启动、执行、监控、收尾以及后期的数据采集全过程，确保项目目标（范围、成本、进度、质量）达成。 - 管理项目风险与变更，评估影响并推动客户与内部团队达成一致。 2. 客户与协作管理 - 作为项目交付阶段的客户主要对接人，管理客户期望，及时响应需求，收集需求，管理需求，维护长期合作关系。 - 协调内部研发、产品、FAE&设备维护，供应链等部门，确保交付资源到位、任务衔接顺畅。 - 管理好供应商及外包合作伙伴，确保外部交付物符合项目要求。 3. 现场部署与工程实施 - 主导机器人系统的现场部署、安装与调试、集成测试及客户培训，确保系统稳定运行，后期的数采交付。 - 解决交付过程以及后期维护中的技术问题，联合FAE技术团队以及内部研发，提供现场解决方案。 4. 风险与质量管控 - 识别项目交付中的潜在风险（技术、产品、客户侧等），制定应对策略并跟进解决。 - 监督交付成果质量，组织阶段验收和最终交付评审，确保符合合同与技术协议要求。 5. 交付文档与知识沉淀 - 编写及维护项目交付文档（如实施计划、验收报告、操作手册等），后期的培训。 - 及时复盘，总结交付经验，提炼最佳实践，优化交付流程与工具。

必备条件： 1. 本科及以上学历，工程管理、机械电子、自动化、计算机等相关专业。 2. 5年以上2B项目交付管理经验，具身机器人、工业自动化、智能硬件或相关领域背景优先。 3. 精通项目管理方法论（如PMP），具备出色的项目计划、成本控制及风险管控能力。 4. 熟悉机器人系统集成、现场部署及调试流程，能快速理解技术方案并协调解决工程问题。 5. 优秀的客户沟通与团队协作能力，能适应高频客户现场出差（预计30%-50%时间）。 6. 结果导向，具备多项目并行管理能力及较强的抗压能力。

优先考虑： 1. 有机器人、AGV、无人系统等高端装备交付经验者。 2. 熟悉智能制造、仓储物流、商用服务等典型机器人应用场景。
