1.负责机器人机械臂、机器人抓手及主端遥操设备的结构设计与优化，提升结构刚度、运动性能、装配精度和工程可靠性。 2.负责机器人抓手的传感器集成结构设计，完成力/触觉等传感器的安装、受力传递、防护、走线及可标定设计。 3.参与结构方案论证、运动学/动力学分析、结构仿真及原型制作，优化机械臂工作空间、负载能力、末端操作性能和系统可靠性。 4.负责零部件选型、加工工艺制定、装配流程设计和样机迭代，保障方案具备加工、装配、维护和测试可行性。 5.配合运动控制、系统软件、测试和算法团队完成机械结构、传感器集成和整机系统验证，解决机械与其他模块的适配问题。

1.本科及以上学历，机械工程、机械设计、机械电子、机器人、自动化等相关专业。 2.具备 3 年左右及以上机器人、机械臂、机器人抓手、末端执行器或相关机构设计经验；优秀应届生或机器人竞赛经历丰富者可放宽。 3.熟练使用 SolidWorks等3D设计软件，能够独立完成结构设计、工程出图、加工对接和装配调试。 4.熟悉机械设计中的公差、配合、刚度、强度、装配误差、材料和加工工艺，具备工程化落地能力。 5.具备机器人运动学、动力学基础，理解机械结构设计对工作空间、负载能力、运动性能和控制效果的影响。 6.了解常见机器人传感器的应用，能够完成力/触觉传感器、编码器、IMU、相机等传感器的结构安装、受力传递、走线和防护设计。 加分项 1.有RoboMaster、Robocon、机械创新设计竞赛、工程训练竞赛等机器人竞赛经历。 2.有机械臂、机器人抓手、人形机器人、协作机器人或力反馈设备设计经验。 3.熟悉结构仿真、有限元分析、轻量化设计、低间隙机构、快速拆装结构或样机快速迭代流程。
