The posting

1. 负责四足、双足人形机器人、机械臂在巡检、物流、制造等商业化场景的运动控制算法落地交付，从算法维度提升运动稳定性、节拍效率与场景泛化能力； 2. 基于 Isaac Sim/Lab、MuJoCo 等仿真平台搭建 RL 训练框架，设计数据采集与训练策略，打通仿真训练 、Sim2Real 迁移、真机部署 、现场调试的全流程； 3. 攻克地形适应、动态平衡、全身控制等运控难点，通过策略优化与迭代持续提升真机表现，确保达到商业化交付标准； 4. 参与全身 VLA 模型的闭环强化学习优化，研究 RL 在端到端移动操作模型中的真机后训练； 5. 沉淀场景落地经验与方法论，形成可复用的标准化交付流程，支撑跨场景、跨本体的快速复制。

1. 计算机、机器人、控制、自动化等相关专业硕士及以上学历； 2. 扎实的 RL 基础，熟练掌握 PPO、SAC、DDPG 等算法，具备 PyTorch 分布式训练经验，工程能力扎实； 3. 有 Isaac Sim/Gym/Lab、MuJoCo 等仿真平台使用经验，具备 Sim2Real 项目真机落地经验； 4. 有四足机器人、双足人形机器人或机械臂 RL 项目经验，能独立完成从仿真到真机的全流程开发与调试； 5. 丰富的机器人真机调试经验，能快速定位传感器噪声、控制延迟、动作抖动、模型漂移等问题并迭代优化，有驻场调试经历者优先； 6. 了解 VLA 模型（如 π0、OpenVLA、Diffusion Policy、ACT 等）及大模型在机器人领域的应用；

# 加分项 1. 有机器人强化学习相关顶会论文（ICRA、CoRL、RSS、NeurIPS 等）或竞赛获奖经历； 2. 熟悉机器人运动学、动力学建模，具备 MPC、WBC 等传统控制方法经验； 3. 有物流、制造、巡检等真实场景机器人落地交付经验。
