The posting

负责整机软件版本项目管理，从概念阶段到量产发布，全程协调整机软件（涵盖嵌入式、系统、感知、运控、动力、大模型、软测等领域）版本交付，对项目整机软件版本交付目标负责，满足客户以及公司的要求。 1. 根据产品定义，分解产品需求，定义软件项目的范围、目标、成功标准；领导复杂、跨平台的整机软件项目，制定清晰的项目路线图、发布策略和里程碑。 2. 与测试和质量团队紧密合作，定义验收标准，监控软件质量指标（如Crash Rate， ANR， 性能指标等），对交付的软件质量负责。 3. 作为软件项目的核心接口，高效协同硬件、系统软件、算法、移动应用、云端服务、测试、质量、供应链及市场营销团队。 4. 主持日常站会、周度项目评审会及关键决策会议，确保信息透明、对齐一致。主导关键用户场景的端到端验证，确保硬件与软件的完美协同，解决团队间的依赖关系和障碍，推动问题高效闭环。 5. 总结项目经验，推动复盘文化，持续改进开发与项目管理实践，并建立和优化软件项目管理流程、工具和模板，提升团队整体效率。 6. 进行风险评估，制定缓解计划，并确保项目在预算内按时、按质交付。始终以用户体验为中心，确保软件功能、稳定性和性能满足甚至超越用户期望。

1. 本科及以上学历，计算机、电信、通讯等理工科相关专业，有3~5年研发背景优先考虑，有扎实的技术基础为加分项； 2. 8年以上在消费电子、智能硬件或物联网行业的软件项目管理经验，至少主导过2个以上完整的、已成功量产的整机产品（从0到1）的软件交付。 3. 具有复杂系统软件方案设计的经验，能从顶层视角梳理软件的业务架构及关联关系； 4. 能主导关键、重大软件技术难题的攻关活动； 5. 具备出色的口头和书面沟通能力，能够清晰传达信息，有效协调团队内外部关系；

--- 优先考虑： 1. 有机器人、自动驾驶或AIoT产品测试经验者； 2. 有3~5年研发经历，从研发转岗到项目管理候选人更佳； 3. 持有PMP证书者更佳。
